PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
BLOCKOUT SAPAL 2 IN 1 is a weather-resistant, water-based, PU-acrylic sealant, and waterproofer with a PU-enhanced formulation for better long-term performance under extreme conditions in roofs, gutters, joints, exterior walls, and hairline cracks. The addition of polyurethane drastically improves the product's performance, weather resistance, and crack-bridging capability. It can be applied to common construction materials such as concrete, tegula, metal surfaces, timber, and plastic. It cures into a durable, elastic film with excellent elongation properties that can withstand the substrate’s dynamic movements, thermal expansion, and contraction. 
BLOCKOUT SAPAL 2-in-1 can be painted over using water-based paints.
