BLOCKOUT SAPAL RTU is a high-performance, UV-resistant, water-based, waterproof coating with a PU-enhanced formulation for better long-term performance that can withstand extreme weathering conditions, structural movements, and thermal expansion or contraction of the substrate. The addition of polyurethane drastically improves the product's performance, weather resistance, and crack-bridging capability. 
BLOCKOUT SAPAL RTU possesses outstanding durability, elasticity, and elongation properties  necessary to bridge forthcoming hairline cracks. It is supplied as a ready-to-use coating system that can be applied directly from the container using a roller or a 
paintbrush.
